By commissioning me, the client is confirming that they have read and agreed to the Terms of Service listed below. I will therefore work under the assumption that the client is aware of them. No responsibility will be taken from my part for any lack of reading of the ToS.Abbreviations will be used for Terms of Service (ToS) and Portugal/Portuguese (PT)β¦ GENERAL TERMS β¦β¦ Commission requests are done exclusively via Google Forms. Upon that, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided in the form with a receipt and payment information.
β¦ I hold the right to only work for clients above the age of 18, as to ensure a safe and serious transaction, as well as full consent held in the information shared.
β¦ I hold the right to decline any commission requests, so long they violate the ToS listed below.
β¦ All communication must be done via email. DMs will not be answered in any cases.
β¦ Commission progress will be posted on Trello in real time and progress shots will be sent via email at each completed phase (sketch, lineart, flats).
β¦ Estimated production time: 2-5 weeks.
β¦ Deadlines and emergency in production/delivery are not accepted.
β¦ References provided by the client are mandatory for commissions including OC/Self-Inserts/Genderbends, or for commissions with specific outfits/poses/settings. They shall be sent via email or added to the form.
β¦ Any information provided to me by the client is strictly confidential and used for the commission's purposes. None of the information will be stored upon finishing the commission.β¦ PERMISSIONS & PROHIBITIONS β¦β¦ The client holds the right to request a maximum of 3 alterations during the commission's early phases (sketch, lineart, flats). I however hold the rights to decline big changes after the lineart phase (e.g. changes in pose/outfit/background after the lineart)
β¦ I hold the right to decline any alterations requested past the flats phase.
β¦ Personal use of commissioned art is allowed, so long it has written credit somewhere visible (e.g. profile pictures or headers) or is private (e.g. wallpapers).
β¦ Any commercialization or merchandise production of commissioned art is strictly prohibited.
β¦ The use of commissioned art for NFT's (non-fungible tokens), AI (Artificial Intelligence) or any type of blockchain is strictly prohibited.
β¦ Alteration of commission type is not accepted upon ordering (e.g. altering a portrait to a full body, or changing characters).β¦ PAYMENT & DELIVERY β¦β¦ The client agrees to pay the due amount upfront and understands their commission will not be started until the payment has been confirmed.
β¦ Payment is accepted via PayPal (Friends & Family) or MBWay (PT only). The payment method must be chosen upon ordering and cannot be be changed afterwards. The payment details will be provided via email and the client agrees to keep them confidential. Any sharing of my personal information will result in the interruption of all work agreements, and will not not reimbursed.
β¦ Payment is only accepted in EURO. Any other currencies must be converted in PayPal before paying.
β¦ Refunds are not accepted unless if, during the sketch, the client is not satisfied with the work, OR if after 5 weeks, the commission was not started. A refund of 30% will be done towards the original method of payment. If I think I will take more than 5 weeks to finish it, the client will be warned and compensated.
β¦ Commissions with complex designs (character, outfits, etc) will have an additional cost of 75% over the base price. By commissioning me, the client agrees to this raise. (e.g. Genshin Impact, Fire Emblem, etc). This raise is done upon the commission as a whole, regardless of how many characters are requested.
β¦ Commissions may be delivered digitally via email, or physically via postal services. The client is fully responsible for providing a correct address for the chosen method of delivery.
β¦ It is the clientβs responsibility to pay all additional fees associated to the physical delivery. All those fees will be specified on the original receipt.
β¦ I do not hold any responsibility towards faulty delivery methods provided by the client, nor for loss of the commission upon delivery.β¦ WILL DRAW β¦

By purchasing an item from my shop, the client is confirming that they have read and agreed to the Terms of Service listed below. I will therefore proceed under the assumption that they are aware of them. β¦ Before events and for friends/mutuals only, orders can be placed via my social media platforms (Instagram & Twitter) and delivered in hand. The orders will still be placed via Google Forms and paid in advance.
β¦ I hold the right to only make direct sales (social media, via Google Forms) to clients above the age of 18. Shop orders may be done by minors if their guardians so consent.
β¦ Exchanges and returns are not accepted unless the client has received the wrong item, to which they must provide physical evidence in the form of photography. In that case, I will hold the responsibility of accepting a return (the client must agree on paying 50% of the shipping costs to send me the item, must send me a receipt of their costs, to which I will refund half) and the correct item will be sent with no additional costs. If the client chooses to keep the wrong item and not receive the correct one, no fees will be added, or any difference charged/reimbursed.β¦ PAYMENT TERMS β¦β¦ Payment in shop will be automatic with the client's chosen method.
β¦ For social media orders, payments are available via PayPal, MBWay (PT only) or Cash (friends only).
β¦ Unpaid reservations (via Google Forms) have a claim period of 7 days (calendar). After this period, ownership of the item will be lost and the item will once again be available for sale.β¦ SHIPPING TERMS β¦β¦ All shop orders are shipped internationally and untracked.
β¦ Tracked shipping can be requested via email, and an additional fee must be paid. This request must be done up until 10 minutes after placement of the order.
β¦ Orders can be delivered in hand at events/cons (PT only) β check Artist Alley section below.β¦ MISPLACED/LOST MAIL β¦β¦ I do not hold any responsibility for misplaced/lost mail unless there was a mistake on my part (e.g. I mistyped the address).
β¦ If a package is not delivered in the period of 2 months, I will hold responsibility in contacting my local postal services and request information on the package's whereabouts. I highly advise the client to do the same. In case I get refunded for the loss of the package, a refund of 20% of the subtotal will be forwarded to the client.
β¦ If a package is returned to me by postal services, an email will be sent to the client to confirm the shipping information by you provided. If a mistake was done on the client's part, extra shipping must be paid as well as a tax of 10% of the item's original cost due to loss of money and time on my part.β¦ DAMAGE/MISUSE β¦β¦ I do not hold any responsibility for misuse of purchased items. Tips on how to keep/use them are written on the item specs and an extra care note is sent with specific items (e.g. heavier or more fragile earrings).
β¦ I do not hold any responsibility in the damaging of items during delivery. As an artist, I take the necessary measures to ensure a safe journey from my house to the client's house, with plastic protection and adequate packages. The client holds the responsibility to file a complaint with their local postal services and provide physical evidence of the damaging.β¦ ARTIST ALLEY β¦β¦ Reservations are accepted before I table at any events based in Portugal. The reservations must be done via Google Forms and paid in advance.
β¦ I hold the right to decline reservations if the client refuses to pay in advance or violates any of the ToS here listed.
β¦ The client has 3 days (calendar) to pay for the reservations. After this period, ownership of the items will be lost.
β¦ Reservations for events will be closed 7 days before the date of the event. I hold the right to decline reservations after this date.
β¦ The client holds full responsibility in retrieving their reservation. I will not hold any responsibility in finding the client to deliver the reservation. If at the end of the event, the client has not retrieved their reservation, an email will be sent to confirm interest and the option of sending the reservation via postal services with additional costs. If the client does not answer in the period of 3 days (calendar), the ownership of the reservation will be lost and not reimbursed.
β¦ The client holds no right to touch any of the items displayed on the table or its structure, unless previously stated by me. Any touching without permission will be considered bad faith and may damage the items of the table's structure. It is highly encouraged, if the client has any questions, to ask directly to the artists. I will never refuse to answer any questions so long I am respected. I will also never decline any requests to hold up earrings to check their weight and/or size.
β¦ It is not allowed to try on any of the earrings during the event without purchasing them due to hygienic reasons.
β¦ Exchanges and returns are not accepted.
β¦ During events I table at, I will always be reachable via email to answer any questions.
